The Foundation began in December of 2021. While reading Derek's journal I came across a passage he wrote. Realizing at that moment his giving nature and legacy must live on. 

Derek once told me one afternoon

while walking around in Prescott, I figured out the purpose of life, it is to help

others and be of service.

To honor the legacy's of our loved ones through events and community outreach.

After Derek's passing several people came forward and shared how Derek helped them physically, mentally, spiritually and financially. This is the reason for this foundation to honor Derek and continue his work of helping others.Your donation will allow financial help for people in need.
